Leadership

"Leadership is the art of leading others to deliberately create a result that wouldn't have happened otherwise" 


Definition: Leadership means a person who inspired a group of people and lead them to the right path of success by also motivating them to achieve higher favourable outcome. Leadership needs a strategic thesis and applying good techniques to build responsibilities and accomplish a great result from people 



Leadership styles: A different approaches that a leader had to fulfil his or her role in a group of people in providing direction and give motivation. 

Styles such as;
  1. Autocratic Leadership
  2. Democratic/Participative Leadership
  3. Bureaucratic Leadership
  4. Charismatic Leadership
  5. Laissez- Faire Leadership
  6. People Oriented/Relation Oriented Leadership
  7. Servant Leadership
  8. Task-Oriented Leadership
  9. Transactional Leadership
  10. Transformational Leadership
