Analysing and Justifying

Is Bill Gates an effective leader?

Yes he is because he has the characteristic of a good leader in term of recruiting the staff and motivating his team members as well. I personally think that Bill Gates have the top 10 qualities of a great leader such as honesty, ability to delegate, communication, sense of humour and etc. Gates is a person with a positive attitude because he gives his team something to accomplish which is their optimum goals set up by they themselves. Gates has a great sense of humour when it comes to presenting his work to his audience and his communication skills have developed very well compared to his awkward interview previously. He place a huge emphasis on a light environment and humour. Gates is also confident because it is important to keep calm and not panic when trouble comes and Gates is confident because he keeps calm and keep the team feeling the same.

Could Bill Gates have dealt with situations differently?

Yes, because Bill Gates often thinks things logically and dealt with a situation calmly and sees things differently than most the people do. Bill Gates is able to recognise the pattern and he has an amazing ability to identify the problems and pattern and simply connects the dots. He is able to zoom in a certain things and point out the matter in a bigger picture. Gates could focus on something and come out with solutions as he has an amazing thinking skills. Just like how Bill Gates emphasised the problem of Malaria from Mosquito in his video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsgvhP07BC8

He talks about a problem (Malaria) and brings out the problem to his audience through a different way of presenting. He is an optimist as he thinks that any tough problems can be solve. He thinks broadly about the problem that he wanted to solve by giving an awareness of the Malaria disease.
